Tourist voucher (ticket) – a document that confirms the status of a person or a group of persons as tourists, payment for services or its guarantee and is the basis for receiving tourist services by a tourist or a group of tourists. A tourist voucher (ticket) is a written acceptance of a subject of tourist activity for the production and sale of a tourist product. He (she) is an integral part of the agreement, as well as a document of primary accounting for subjects of tourist activity.
A tourist voucher (voucher) must contain the following provisions:
name and location of the subject of tourist activity, place and date of issuance of the tourist ticket (voucher), name of the tour; surname, first name of the tourist, passport data (for a group trip, the surname and name of the group leader with the attached list of the group); the place and date of the start and end of the route, its duration, type of transport; the name, address and telephone number of the means of accommodation, its type, food mode (when staying in a hotel, indicate its category, according to the certificate of conformity); the list of services, the total price of the services provided for in the contract, the confirmation number of the accommodation reservation; conditions and reasons that may serve as grounds for terminating the contract for the provision of tourist services.
