On 1 page of the insurance there are phones, viber, skype, e-mail.
The dispatcher will answer you.
Provide your data, where you are, what happened, and your insurance number (on the 1st page from the top, on the right or in the middle).
Think about what you say, because the insurance does not cover:
- incidents during alcohol intoxication or sports (swimming and dancing are also sports),
- incidents on excursions not purchased from the operator,
-chronic diseases and dentistry, - sunburns.
The dispatcher will coordinate where to seek medical help. Help is free.
(The exception is if there is a deductible, for example $30, you pay it, and the rest is covered by insurance)
If they ask for payment, contact the dispatcher and let them know that you are being asked for money. When paying by yourself, be sure to ask for checks. Submit an application for reimbursement to the insurance company upon return. The insurance company may not reimburse services provided to you without a dispatcher’s referral.
In critical situations (heart attack), first call an ambulance, then contact the insurance company.
