You will receive the documents necessary for the trip from me 2-3 days before departure (not before access to air tickets becomes available).
We will call you in less than 24 hours to clarify the departure time (departure hours may be postponed).
Flight check-in starts two hours before departure and ends 40 minutes before departure.
If you are late, you may not be allowed to board. It is better to arrive in two hours at least.
Before leaving home, check whether you have taken the following documents:
The passport is specified in the reservation. Be careful if you have two!
A package of documents issued by me (voucher, flight tickets, insurance, information sheet).
For children: birth certificate. If the child is traveling without one of the parents, then a notarial permit is also required.
Pregnant women: if the belly is already visible, they may require a certificate from a doctor about whether pregnant women can fly.
Check-in for a flight
When entering the airport, look for your flight on the board (the flight number is on the ticket), the numbers of the counters where the flight check-in will take place are indicated nearby. If there is no flight, registration is likely to be delayed. It is better to clarify everything at the information desk.
You can also call the representative of the tour operator, the number is indicated in the information sheet. The number is included two hours before departure to help the passengers of the flight.
“How to find the entrance to the airport?” – also a question, don’t be shy, especially if you are flying for the first time.
Go to your counter, present the passports of all passengers. They may not ask for tickets, because they focus more on lists. Tickets are often asked to be presented on the return flight, so don’t throw them away.
At check-in, luggage will be collected and boarding passes with seat numbers will be issued. Take the escalator to the second floor with hand luggage. Go through the metal detector and passport control, then there will be a duty-free waiting area.
Seats on charter flights are given on a first-come, first-served basis. If you need to choose a place, let me know. I will give the contacts of a person from the airport who will help for a nominal fee.
Listen carefully to the announcement so you don’t miss your flight. A corridor is attached to the indicated exit (gate), along which everyone enters the plane. Take your place. Fasten your seat belts, let’s take off!
From now on, relax. All people fly to the same place as you, only the hotels are different. Just monkey around with passengers who know where to go and what to do.
